I have been helping people for the last 4 years improve their lives through better nutrition which leads to better health.

I work step by step with my clients to reach their goals. If we take a look at weight loss, only a small percentage of people will lose weight and keep it off if they work alone. Working with support, over 90% will have the success they desire and keep it off.

The truth is we are all on a diet of one kind or another and …some are good, others are not; basically we all need to eat. I use simple building blocks to help get clients on the right track and then teach them along their journey how to make the right choices. There is not a one plan that fits all, so I will tailor a programme to each client to optimize their success.

The key to wellness and a healthier body weight, is to have a healthy body composition, not just a fix on scales alone. Your evaluation is to look at your weight and health history, and to determine the correct nutritional balance for you , based on your age, weight, shape and lifestyle.
